Sarah Shirley: Marketing Manager, Executive Assistant & Realtor

Sarah was born and raised right here in Santa Cruz County and cannot imagine living anywhere else. Sarah feels fortunate to have grown up in Santa Cruz, taking full advantage of the local activities and experiences our town has to offer.
In 2014, Sarah received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biopsychology from the University of California in Santa Barbara. After graduating Sarah worked as a Paraeducator at an elementary school and as a track and cross country coach in Santa Barbara. She learned a lot through working with young athletes and children with autism and cerebral palsy. Her biggest takeaway was that she had a knack and enjoyed working with people and learned that she absolutely loves making others feel special.
When Shemeika began looking for a Marketing Manager & Executive Assistant, she knew that Sarah would be the perfect fit. She knew that Sarah would be excited to learn, a focused worker, and someone who cares deeply about this community and the people who live in it. Sarah’s attention to detail and creative approach to digital marketing is a huge asset to Fox Realty Group. She specializes in making our listings stand out and is able to get them seen by the masses.

Lauren Valk Wills: Buyer’s Assistant

Lauren is a people-person through-and-through and loves to network, bringing people and their common interests and goals together. Before becoming a Realtor in 2016, Lauren was a land use attorney representing various public agencies throughout Santa Cruz County and the State of California. She made the switch to real estate after 8 years of practice because she wanted a more personal and vibrant connection with her clients, and to be out of the office engaging with the community on a daily basis.
Lauren was born and raised in Los Angeles and moved to the Bay Area in 1998 to attend college at UC Berkeley and law school at University of San Francisco. Looking to live in a place where residents value community and the natural environment, she settled in Santa Cruz in 2013.
Lauren lives with her husband and two young children on Santa Cruz’s lower westside and enjoys daily trips to the beach, walks along West Cliff and Bethany Curve, and bike rides to Wilder Ranch. In her spare time, Lauren makes fresh wreaths for family and friends. She also enjoys competing in triathlons. Lauren took a break when she had her children and she is looking forward to returning to triathlons when her kids are a little older.
Crystal Stefani: Realtor

Crystal was born and raised in Santa Cruz, Ca. She enjoyed growing up in Santa Cruz due to it having a small town feel and that it offers the best of both worlds: the ocean and the mountains.
In 2010, right out of high school, Crystal continued her education at Cabrillo College, where she took classes for nursing school. She attended nursing school in 2014 and received her nursing license in 2016. She then worked at a local long term facility where she worked graveyard and daytime shifts. She enjoyed that line of work because she was able to meet new people, hear their life stories and care for them as if they were her own family. In 2018, she decided to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Collaborate Health and Human Services with a concentration in Public Health from California State University Monterey Bay and graduated in 2020. She then continued to work for a local healthcare based biotechnology company where she works in administration and her negotiation skills are exercised daily.
Crystal has always been driven to help people; being in the medical field and striving to help others when they didn’t have resources or a voice. She has always advocated for those in her care, and will go above and beyond when caring for others.
Crystal has always loved architecture and looking at homes. She remembers going to open houses as a kid with her mother and admiring the different architecture. She decided to merge her love for helping people and her love for homes together and become a realtor. Crystal will use the skills she has acquired along her working career to help others find the home of their dreams and make clients feel as if they were family.
Crystal loves to garden, travel and spend time with her husband and their two dogs. She enjoys frequent mountain drives with her husband and enjoys the many roads and sights the central coast has to offer.
