Interview with Lauren Furtado, Owner of Live Happier
I am so honored to be able to introduce you all to Lauren Furtado, the owner and creator of Live Happier. Lauren is a Certified Health Coach and she created Live Happier to create a personal development space resource, specifically geared toward people in their quarter-life phase of life; the 25-35 age range. Lauren creates various resources, events, worksheets, private and group classes and workshops to really work on health and lifestyle transformation.
Lauren Furtado of Live Happier specifically focuses on the physical health aspect of wellness; how to eat intentionally, what to eat, different ways to move your body, and habit change. And she makes plans for her clients to achieve their goals and then keeps them accountable to show up for themselves every week.
She got interested in the health coach career when she was working in product marketing and hit her “quarter-life crisis”. Lauren was feeling like she really needed a change of scenery, but the more work she did, she realized that she needed to follow her passion of trying to understand herself more. One day, she decided enough was enough; she needed to be proactive. So Lauren decided to accept support and she joined a coaching program which changed her entire perspective. And after completing her training, she was inspired to become a Certified Health Coach with Life Coach Training. And Lauren is now where she dreamt she’d be. It gives Lauren so much joy to be able to spread helpful tools, tips, and tricks to ultimately help people be happier and healthier and make their goals a priority.
