What’s happening with our local Santa Cruz County Real Estate Market Trends? We had a slow past 30 days in Sales, but everything is starting to pick up.

We currently have 251 Active Santa Cruz Homes, including single family homes as well as Santa Cruz County condos and Santa Cruz County townhomes for sale right here in Santa Cruz County.
