Santa Cruz Shelter in Place 2020: Day 50

On the 50th Day of Shelter in Place here in Santa Cruz, I visited Danny’s workshop to see one of his final pieces. And it turned out beautifully. Dunton Woodworking does it again! While I was in the neighborhood, I visited Drew, with Ablyss Screen Printing. His shop is located right next to Danny’s and Drew creates all my Fox Realty Group swag. So I wanted to pay him a visit to request more Fox Realty Group hats in different colors. I cannot wait to see what they’ll look like!

Later on, Kelsey helped Ellia and I spruce up our garden and our yard. We mowed the lawn and everything. And we put cages around our growing produce, most of which we got from Love Apple Farm! And the rest Ellia has been growing with the seeds that we got from my mom.

And later on, Ellia’s friends came over selling snow cones. Sara, their mom, helped the kids convert her car into their snow cone station. They wore gloves, and had a quite a few flavors and everything, it was the cutest. But they said the raspberry was kind of bad, so we didn’t order that flavor.

After some snow cones, we went on a family bike ride through Natural Bridges, and it was kind of nice to bike through without a bunch of people in there. And we also biked by our friend’s house to say hi to Jen, Garth, Rona, and Ever from a distance. We miss our friends so much.

I hope that you are staying happy and healthy! Stay tuned for Day 51 of Sheltering in Place here in Santa Cruz.
