Santa Cruz Shelter in Place 2020: Day 51
On Day 51 of the Shelter in Place here in Santa Cruz, I got to show my Queen Bee House! Over at 4300 Soquel Drive Unit 226 in the Alimur Park. It is a resident owned park, which means that you actually own a portion of the park, and there is a swimming pool and a clubhouse. The space rent is $550 per month, which includes everything except the utilities which are based on personal use.
4300 Soquel Drive #226 is a beautifully maintained double wide 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom manufactured home in the perfect, sunny Soquel location. 1292 square feet with a contemporary and open floor plan. Short walk to the town of Soquel, shopping, dining, Capitola beach and public transportation. This home is located in the highly sought after Alimur Park, which is an all-age, resident owned, park including a community pool and clubhouse.
This house is super, super cute and we just reduced to $379,000 and I think that might be the magic price. It is un-bee-lievable with the distant Soquel hill views and palm tree. The abundance of windows and vaulted ceilings make it feel airy and bright. The home is equipped with washer and dryer, lots of storage, including an exterior shed, there is also a carport and on site parking. Let me know if you want a private showing, we are ready to sell! You can also see more photos of this home, and my Queen Bee Home Tour at www.4300soquel226.com!
Later on, Danny and I go on our nightly neighborhood stroll. Everything pretty much looks the same as it did 51 days ago..Do you feel that the world is basically the same way when you walk around your neighborhood?
I hope you are staying happy and healthy! And stay tuned for Day 52 of Sheltering in Place here in Santa Cruz, California.
