Santa Cruz Shelter in Place 2020: Day 54

Day 52 of the Shelter in Place was my Prima’s birthday! She’s currently in Brazil, but she will be on her way home super soon and I got to FaceTime her! We have this inside joke of not saying the word “coffee” so she guessed that I was drinking French Onion Soup this morning. I love my prima so much.

I know that my daily vlogs can be fun and games and just showing you what we are doing right now in quarantine, but in all seriousness, I am working. I am working hard to make sure that my clients, and the community, are protected, their assets are protected, their homes are protected. So I am working on a brochure, with the National Association of Realtors, with information on loan forbearance to help you navigate, if you need help during this pandemic, with your mortgage. If you would like to access a downloadable pdf of this brochure, you can access it here: https://www.yoursantacruzrealestate.com/p… This brochure will give you information on how to protect your home, and whether or not forbearance or refinancing is a good option for you . If you’d like to go over this brochure in depth, please reach out to me, I am here to answer any question that you may have.

Later on, Ellia and I pretended like we were going to school. Ellia put her backpack on and we went on a really nice walk. It was a super pretty day.

And guess what I found today? A tomato plant that is growing between my garage door and the cement. Which is hilarious because we’ve tried everything from planting fish heads and creating massive tomato cages, like we are now doing with our doing with the Love Apple Farm tomatoes that we bought. And this guy just snuck right in and decided to make a home right here. I am going to leave it and see what happens.

And I got to drink some merlot from Foxen Vineyards, which is one of my favorite vineyards because it’s Fox and Dunton combined. It’s a super cute hippy shack on the side of the highway in Santa Barbara County.

I hope that you are having a great day and that you are enjoying the sunshine. Stay tuned for Day 53 of Shelter in Place here in Santa Cruz, California.

But on March 28th, President Trump updated the essential business list and added Residential Real Estate. Meaning, that Realtors are allowed to continue working, while exercising extreme precautions, as mandated by the CDC.
