Santa Cruz Shelter in Place 2020: Day 56
Yesterday was Day 56 of the Shelter in Place here in Santa Cruz, but it was also Mother’s Day! Ellia brought me coffee and ice cream in bed, because we ran out of milk and I honestly love coffee and ice cream! And she even made me a veggie scramble too, which is exactly what I wanted. I love Mother’s Day! Did your kids cook you a meal today? If so, what did they make for you?
Later on, I learned that Danny cleaned my car, even waxed it, which I loved. If you know me, then you know how much I love a clean car, it’s a huge deal to me. And I also got a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Thanks, Danny!
Ellia made me a bird house, with succulents at the top, with the help of Kelsey. It is absolutely stunning and she tried to make it look like our little blue house. I love it, it’s adorable! And later, Ellia made dinner! She made tomato soup, and it was delicious! I was completely spoiled today and I loved every second of it!
Again, I just love Mother’s Day! I hope that you all had a wonderful Shelter in Place style Mother’s Day too! I hope all you mommas out there were spoiled.
And something exciting, business-related, happened today as well. We closed on a super cute home in Seabright! I am so incredibly stoked for my client, who is a first time home buyer! He was so patient and understanding during the challenges that arose due to Coronavirus and from being a Tenant in Common home, which is not the standard type of loan or way of holding title. But we have now closed on this Seabright home and I hope that he fills it with lots of memories for years to come! I mean, he’s in a killer location! And if you are interested in purchasing or selling a home as a Tenant in Common (TIC), don’t hesitate to reach out! During this transaction, I’ve learned so much about the process and I’d love to help you
